Who processes your data

What we receive

If you send a request through a form on the site (“Sell / let”, “Call me back”), we keep the name, phone number and property details you enter in our client records system (the Tnak service), only to get back to you. When you call us or write via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or email, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number and the details of your request (property type, district, budget, etc.). For technical reasons the server may briefly keep your IP address and browser type.

Why

To answer your request, offer suitable properties, arrange viewings and support the deal. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Legal basis

The Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data: your consent (you contact us yourself) and the need to conclude and perform a contract.

Who we may share it with

Only as far as the deal requires and with your knowledge: the property owner, the notary, the bank (for a mortgage). State bodies where the law requires.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your chosen language and your Favorites list are kept only in your browser and are not sent to us.

Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and the map from OpenStreetMap (the map library from unpkg.com). These services receive your IP address under their own policies. WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram have their own rules when you message us there.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to harealestateagence@gmail.com, +374 99 65 55 58. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia.
